How Much Fat Daily, hydrochloric Acid and Beets and Pineapple

One that I've been experiencing the heart fibrillations and sort of the achy joints, and I dunno if that's part of my rheumatoid arthritis.  

And then I wanted to ask you about what quantity of fat should I be eating of each kind of: how much coconut cream, how much milk, how much of the different things should I be eating daily? 

Because maybe I'm not, I feel like I'm eating a lot of fat and maybe I should be eating more? 

[Aajonus] 

You are one of the dryer individuals that I've had, but you're doing better. You're doing pretty good. So, it all depends on how well you digest, how much bile you produce. Your skin looks good. I can see the red blood cells; I can see the enzymes. Probably doing as fast as you can, as you get better and eating pineapple will help that. 

[Attendee] 

More than just with the fruit meal?  

[Aajonus] 

No, just the fruit meal. Well, if you want to you could have a chunk with a meat meal. Maybe no more than an 1" x 1" cube. Eat that with your meat, that would help your digestion a little bit more overall. Might help you digest your fat, a little bit better, beet juice. Are you doing that? 

[Attendee] 

I don't do beet juice.  

[Aajonus] 

Okay, then put some beet in your juice. Beets highest in chlorine.  

[Attendee] 

Are you talking about the green vegetable juice?  

[Aajonus] 

Yes.  

[Attendee] 

What quantity do I add to that?  

[Aajonus] 

About 10% of your juice could be beet juice for about 14 days, and after that, drop it down to 5%, unless it works for you to stay on the 10%. 

Beet juice is high in chlorine. The highest food in chlorine, natural chlorine, not chemical chlorine, chloride. Chlorine is predominant in hydrochloric acid, so it helps build hydrochloric acid. Hydrochloric acid helps better digestion, also helps the liver make better bile, the pineapple does that too. Pineapple helps both. Both pineapple and beets help digestion both in the liver and with the hydrochloric acids in the stomach.  

[Attendee] 

So, if I'm adding 10% of the beet the juice mixture, what am I taking away? Less celery? 

[Aajonus] 

Less a little of everything. 

[Attendee] 

Okay, so then in terms of the quantity of fat, like that I should be eating daily for either drinking milk, coconut or cream, butter, dairy cream, cheese, avocado.  

[Aajonus] 

I'd say you're doing pretty well. Are you nervous or anxiety or depressed at all?  

[Attendee] 

No. 

[Aajonus] 

I'd say you've got good balance. Okay. 

If you want more fat, just push everything equally.  

[Attendee] 

And what about the achy with my joints that just sort of comes and goes? 

[Aajonus] 

Well, that's when you have poisons not coming through your skin, and so you're throwing out poisons out the joints.  

So, the sport formula, you sip on that throughout the day, that's going to help neutralize those poisons coming out the joints. 

[Attendee] 

Okay. And that also in addition to the bath or those two separate things?  

[Aajonus] 

No, bath helps get to that stuff faster out the skin, so it doesn't hang up in the joints.  

[Attendee #2] 

Milk.  

One of the things it's doing is building mucus? 

[Aajonus] 

Only when it's involved in a milkshake. When you have milk with egg and extra cream and honey, you're gonna build a lot of mucus.  

[Attendee #2] 

And if you have it by itself, what's it do? 

[Aajonus] 

It's just going to take care of everything evenly.  

[Attendee #2] 

So, as a milkshake with cream, milk, egg and honey.  

So, if I add ginger juice to it? 

[Aajonus] 

It's going to thin the mucus. It won't stop creating mucus., it'll be thinner mucus.  

[Attendee #2] 

What does that mean?  

[Aajonus] 

It means, let's say you got really thick mucus and you can't cough it out, or it comes out in a thick glob, you want to thin it a little bit.
